DND Mode​

Official WhatsApp API providers (example - Gupshup, Wati, Chat API) believe in serving their customers well and avoiding spam messages from brands.

Hence, DND (Do Not Disturb) mode gives you an opportunity to silence all the WhatsApp Remarketing Campaigns during a set interval of time.

Test Mode​

Test mode allows you to test (in real-time) all your WhatsApp Remarketing Campaigns before making them live for the real users.

How to set up DND and Test mode?​

  1. Click on Settings.

  1. Select Store Notifications.

  1. These are all the available WhatsApp Remarketing Campaigns supported by LimeChat.

💡 WhatsApp Remarketing Campaigns help you to retarget your users who have taken any actions on your website or shown interest in your products.

  1. Select any campaign for which you want to set Test Mode or DND mode.

  1. Select the time duration for which you do not want to send out WhatsApp Remarketing Campaign.

  1. Toggle ON the button to initiate the DND mode.

  2. Click on Submit.

How to set up Test mode?​

  1. Find the Test Mode just below the DND mode.

  1. Manually enter the numbers on which you want to test the WhatsApp Remarketing Campaign.

💡 Once you enter the comma separated phone numbers, that specific campaign will be turned only for those numbers.
