CSAT Rating

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) is the rating that is given by the customer post the completion of any conversation. It is available on the Website and Whatsapp platforms.

On enabling CSAT, a simple survey is added to the messaging workflow that allows customers to provide feedback about their support experience.

Why is it important?: It helps you identify opportunities to improve the quality of your customer support.

How to activate Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT) on WhatsApp?

  1. Go to the LimeChat Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Inboxes.

  1. Click on Settings of WhatsApp inbox to activate the feature.

  1. In the Settings tab, under Enable CSAT, select Enable. Now you can collect CSAT ratings after resolving a conversation on WhatsApp.

  1. Go to the LimeChat dashboard.
