Use Agent and Conversation Filters

Agent Filter

This allows you to filter and check conversations of a particular ‘Agent’.

  1. Click on Agent

  1. Select the Agent name and check all the Open Conversations of the agent

Filter

This allows you to Filter on the basis of different status of the conversations.

  • Oldest
  • Unread
  • New
  • Starred
  • Alert.

To check, click on Filter and select the status

Different Status of the Conversations Oldest: This Filter shows the Oldest conversations

Unread: This filter shows the conversations that are unread

Image

New: This filter shows the new conversations

Image

Starred: This filter shows the starred/favourite conversations

Image

Alert: This filter shows conversations that are on Alert

🔔 Alert: Depending on the the time of Auto Alert, a new conversation will show alert in case of inactivity.

Alert will also show in case if a WhatsApp conversation gets closed because of 24 hour window restriction.
