Search via Phone and Messages

Search via phone number​

If you want to search for a particular contact added to you LimeChat dashboard, please follow the below steps.

  1. Go to https://app.limechat.ai.
  2. Go to Contacts on the dashboard.

  1. Enter the phone number/name (in part or in full) in the search box. Then click Search.

  1. Now you will see the results.

Search via messages​

  1. Go to Conversations.

  1. Click on Search for messages in conversations.

  1. Write the message that you want to search in the search box and click Enter.

  1. The search results are listed as shown in the picture below.
