What is the Product Utterance Sheet?​

This sheet is used to edit product utterances on-demand basis. Use this sheet to document all the products the bot can identify and their respective properties such as Ingredients, Benefits, How to Use, PDP utterance, etc. Structure of Sheet

💡 The Columns that have been denoted as Core need to be present in every product utterance, whereas the ones denoted as Company can be filled based on the Product Specific Questions that the brand wants to add answers to.
In essence, the Company denoted columns are FAQs and can be added based on individual brand needs. To get an exhaustive list of FAQs that can be added to the product utterance sheet, refer to this doc🔗

Structure for content:

  • It is considered best practice to incorporate images and texts in product utterances; the structure of such as utterance on G-Sheet will be as follows:

  • The column headings in the image attached above are various FAQs attached to a specific product (except pdp_utterance). The content inside each cell can be changed based on the response you want the bot to utter.
  • The Final column of pdp_utterance is the utterance the bot sends when a user enters the conversation from a PDP.
  • Note: The content in each cell follows the same structure mentioned in ‘Structure for content’ and can be used as reference of how to fill each cell.
