This G-Sheet is maintained to show how the bot responds to the different FAQs.

What does each column of the sheet represent?

💡 You cannot add a FAQ directly from the G-Sheet. Each FAQ is a separate intent that needs to be trained first. Only use this sheet to add/edit utterances, product names, and product IDs to pre-trained FAQs.
