Overview​

LimeChat has a seamless integration with Pickrr which allows us to do the following

1. Use their API to fetch the status of orders (Used for automating order tracking queries via the bot)
2. Listen to their webhooks when a delivery has failed (NDR, etc) in order to send out message campaigns via WhatsApp

Follow the steps below to set up the integration 👇​

Integration​

To use the APIs you need to share Pickrr Auth Token of your respective store with your dedicated LimeChat Product Consultant

How to generate Auth Token?​

1️⃣ On your ShipRocket dashboard, find the option for integration

2️⃣ Click on Add a new channel

3️⃣ Select Shopify if your channel is Shopify otherwise select the respective store

4️⃣ Copy the Auth Token and share with LimeChat
